This model of a pavilion is made from an impregnated cotton of 340 g/m2 grammage. It’s a very large tent of 6 m diameter.

It’s construction is based on the guy ropes and its walls are made of two fabric sheets. This makes our tent easy in transport.

The pavilion is 4,6 m high, consisting of 3 elements: a roof and a two-part wall. This solution provides two types of an entrance to the tent: in the front and in the back. Weight of this construction together with tent pegs reaches around 70 kg.

The set consists of:
- a three part tent sheet: roof + two walls
- a three part mast of 460 m height
- 1 wooden pin with an orb
- 51 tent pegs + 2 spare pegs
- a bag for tent pegs
- a bag for tent
- a set of metal elements for joining the mast parts
- 3 anti-hurricane ropes (phi 8, 10 m long)
- 24 long guy ropes (phi 8), 4,5 m long each
- 24 short guy ropes (phi 8), 1,7 m long each (mounted to longer guy ropes)

Hand sewn standard is unavailable now.

Pavilion with one pole is a type of tent which is the most popular in medieval iconography. You can find it in the sources from the 13th century, as well as from the 17th century.

There are especially a lot of examples with decorative tapes, unique merlons or painted decorations. Examples of this shelter can be found on the pages of Maciejowski Bible (1250) in the form of white one-mast tents. On the other hand, colored examples are visible in so-called the Alexander Romance (1338-1410), stored in the Bodleian Libraries.

NOTE! There's an option of changing the polypropylene rope for hemp rope with no charge. Polypropylene ropes are more durable and they stretch and twist less easily.

Under the influence of bad weather conditions (heavy rain for example), wet leather elements may taint the tent's fabric.
The leather used for strengthening fabric in places where there are pegs, entry, and guy ropes is in black colour.

Due to the fact that our tents are sewn from 100%-natural fabrics, they are meant to be used occasionally. By “occasional use” we mean using the tent in a row of maximum 5 days, a couple times a season/a year, with drying the tent’s canvas after each usage. Despite anti-mold and anti-rain impregnation, when you use the tent for a prolonged time, mold spots might start to appear and the fabric might lose its anti-rain properties – especially in humid weather conditions (long and heavy rains, the lack of sun, high air humidity etc.). Therefore, the deterioration of tent’s condition due to prolonged usage cannot be treated as a ground for complaints. However, if you are interested in such usage of our tents, please contact us and we will offer you an alternative to our standard tent fabrics (e.g. a mixture of natural fabric with polyester, with higher endurance against dampness and mold).
